Shipping

UK Orders:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3- 5 business days(often will be less!) after the order has been received. Unfortunately, we don’t ship orders on Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by either UK Mail or Royal Mail recorded delivery, with an insurance coverage which means you’ll be given a tracking number{where applicable} and will also have to sign for your package when it gets to your door. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days. Most times, it can arrive earlier. However, Ofio cannot take any responsibility for delayed packages caused by the courier company.

International Orders:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase has been made. Unfortunately, we don’t ship orders on Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail international delivery, with a tracking number(depending on country), signature and insurance coverage. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 working days. However, Ofio cannot take any responsibility for delayed packages caused by the courier company.

We’re obligated to declare the value of all goods to customs and all taxes fees/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has left our office and the customer has been provided with a tracking number{where applicable} Ofio no longer has control of the item. If an item is marked as “delivered” Ofio will not process a refund for the order. If a package is returned to Ofio because it has been marked as “unclaimed” Ofio will provide a refund for the item, excluding the cost of returns.

Ofio will not assume responsibility for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

NOTE: All items described as "SALE IS FINAL will be shipped for free and can take between 12-45 days to be delivered depending on customers location. Where these items are bought with other items not described as "sale is final", those items will be delivered separately and postage costs charged accordingly.

Import & Tax Duties

You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties levied by the customs of your country. Unfortunately, we cannot pre-determine customs fees and Ofio will not be held responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ofio, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to our office. This amount will be subtracted from your order charges and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. Returns must be sent via an authorised postal service. The customer is solely responsible for lost/damaged packages during transit. Any items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.



Refunds/ Returns:

We hope that you love your Ofio goods as much as we do, however, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll be sure to work something out. However, because our products are mostly handmade, one-of-a-kind piece, specially curated for you, we’re unable to accept refunds. However, we accept exchanges! Our bags can be exchanged(except where SALE IS FINAL has been stated) for another design or item as long as it’s in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt for UK residents and 28 days for international orders. Returns shipping is paid by the customer.

Note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for our jewellries. Once sold, purchase is final.


To make an exchange, contact us at customercare@shopofio.com with Product Exchange in the subject line and the reason for exchange, including your invoice number in the body of the email and we’ll send you a returns form.

Once we receive your returned items and they’ve been reviewed and deemed to be in the original condition as when shipped, we will either send out your new item or issue out a store credit in the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer monetary refunds.

 

Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out, and we provide a tracking number(where applicable), we can no longer modify the address. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
